Spring Fling: Floral Shirt Dress & Ankle Strap Heels

Hello everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful long weekend. This outfit post features my newest closet fav-this amazing shirt dress. I found this oversize floral dress on ASOS from "Warehouse" (HERE). So far, the majority of my purchases from ASOS have been from this brand. Their clothes are really well made, and true to size. I don't mind that this dress does not have a liner-as the bold graphic, and color ensure that it is not see-through; the only drawback I could find is I just wish it had pockets ^_^ (I know I'm obsessed with pockets...what can I say).

Peach Blossom: Full Midi Skirt & Oxford Shirt

Good day everyone ^_^ I am so excited about sharing this outfit post with you all. (I have been wanting to style this skirt since I got it two months ago!) Like I mentioned in the last post, Corey and I have been super busy so we did not get a chance to take photos for at least the last month. I got this gorgeous full midi skirt (under $50) from Chicwish (Peach blossom midi skirt in navy) and it's true to size (I'm wearing size XS). The only thing I wish it had is pockets; again, if you have ever checked out my blog before, you will know that I'm obsessed with pockets. Also, if you check out the link to this skirt (here), you will see how bloggers styled them differently-but mainly with pink tops, or navy striped shirts; therefore I wanted to style it in another way, and REALLY let the skirt standout even more. Pairing the skirt with a simple crisp white oxford shirt, and nude heels, seemed to be a good idea to me, what do you think?

Coronado, California

Hi everyone! Hope your week has been great so far! Corey and I have been been very busy lately so I have not been posting regularly; but since my husband/photographer has been overwhelmed working full-time and going to school, all while trying to keep up with the yard work, I am happy to scale back. We just went on a business trip for a couple of days as Corey was nominated for a major award at work, and I was lucky enough to get to tag along with him, and boy was I glad I did so I could celebrate the win! It was certainly nice for a small vacation, however there really is no place like home.  [BTW: I'm working on some new outfit posts which will be done sometime around next week] In the mean time, please enjoy these pictures of our time in sunny Coronado California *^_^*
