Retro vibe: Pink Cigarette Pants & Crêpe Top

For today’s outfit post, I was inspired by 60’s style…for a modern day look. The structure of the blouse and the shape of these pants reminded me of this fashion era. I love ’40, ’50 and ’60 and ‘70 fashion (not so much for ’80 and ’90 when looking at my photo albums…LOL). If you could have chosen one day to live in those eras (for a fashion purpose), which one would you choose?

Happy Wednesday!! Hope everyone is having a great week so far. Spring is getting closer and closer so our days of layering are coming to an end.  Before you know, it will be time to put away sweaters and jackets...but don’t be sad, that just means shorts and sandals are just around the corner ^_^

Here we go, another great Saturday with my husband! We went and tried out Cafe Medici (think scientist hipsters making coffee in downtown Austin) then went on a minor shopping excursion while we were down here and scored some shoes (screaming) Cobalt blue pumps and the booties I have been on an Indiana Jones like quest for. Finished up at the Domain and somehow talked my way into getting my husband to buy my dream bag, no big deal... "Um did you just call buying a Yves Saint Laurent bag minor?" Shut up brain, just enjoy the bag! Hope everyone is having a fabulous Labor Day weekend!
