Ready for Picnic in the Park: Cold Shoulder top & Floral Skirt + Bamboo bag

The cold Shoulder/off the shoulder look is one of my favorite trends this season, I just can't get enough of them (literally I ran out of hangers.) For today's look, I paired this cold shoulder top with a fun summer skirt, blocked-heels, and this "It" bag that I'm totally obsessed with.
