Summer Lace: White Lace Dress & Gold Sandals

This dress is an oldie, but a goodie; I bought it back in 2013 (last seen here). For a simple casual vibe, I styled it with this pair of comfortable gold sandals and a neutral over sized tote. Summer is really in full swing (the heat in TX is almost unbearable) so I've been working on my tan (self-tanning gel by Lancôme) ;) Hope your summer is off to a great start so far!!

Hello there! ^_^ This outfit post features all J.Crew Factory items; top, skirt and heels. I saw the whole look on their website and simply had to get them :) This striped sleeveless top pairs perfectly with the patterned skirt in the same shade; then, the metallic ankle strap heels assist in pulling the look together. Do not be afraid to try pattern on pattern, color-blocking, or any other new fashion experiments;  after all, it might turn out to be something you really like, and you will have wished you started ages ago! Happy Mid-week, everyone *^_^* I know I have been inconsistent with my outfit posts lately; but I have a good excuse--I am absolutely addicted to Instagram! Today I paired an embroidered top with this gingham skirt (Lucy Paris, currently not available, but similar here, here, and here) in the same color palette for a simple, ladylike look with a pop of pink (clutch). Soft Trench: White On White Outfit + Trench Coat + Floral Pumps

Hi guys!! I have been on a epic quest to find the perfect soft trench coat since before spring, and I finally found this one from Chicwish (HERE). It's the perfect trench for spring/Fall. I was only able to wear it once; as after I got it the temperature got warm quite fast here in TX. I kept the outfit primarily light in color-so the trench can take center stage, with just a few girly touches (sparkle statement necklace and floral kitten heels).
